Golden Hour
An oolong-based fruit tea that's honestly just really, really good. Soft peach sweetness with a bright hit of orange citrus and an aroma that makes everyone in the room ask what you're drinking.
One bag gives you up to 1.8 litres. Steep it as a full pot or brew it three times and watch the flavour shift with each cup. Hot, the oolong comes through more and the fruit sits gently underneath. Cold, the fruit takes over. Bright, sweet, incredibly refreshing. Two completely different drinks from the same bag.
We use a mix of real dried fruit and freeze-dried fruit (apple, pear, orange, yellow peach, white peach, strawberry) alongside oolong tea. Dried fruit gives you depth. Freeze-dried keeps things fresh and punchy. Between them there's enough natural sweetness that we don't need to add anything else. No sweeteners, just fruit and tea.
Lovely as an afternoon pick-me-up, alongside food, or just whenever really. It's also one of our most gifted teas. The packaging looks properly nice and it's the sort of thing people don't buy for themselves but absolutely love receiving.
