This sun-kissed chamomile from the Mediterranean island of Crete captures the essence of wildflower meadows in every golden cup.

Our chamomile is an herbal tea cultivated by a small farmer in Sitia, a picturesque coastal city at the northeastern tip of Crete. The delicate flowers are hand-harvested from early summer through late fall, then naturally dried in certified organic facilities to preserve their full aromatic potential—a process that honors both nature and traditional methods.

The dry chamomile presents as thin, spindly stems crowned with fluffy golden buds framed by small white petals, resembling a mowed wildflower meadow. When steeped, it transforms into a vibrant golden yellow liquor with warm undertones reminiscent of sunflowers. The aroma is wonderfully complex—hay and nutty caramel mingle with herbaceous, earthy notes that evoke childhood summers spent playing outdoors.

The flavor unfolds with subtle sweetness and a warm, minerally taste that captures sunny summer days. This mellow, soothing brew offers a smooth mouthfeel with no bitterness, finishing with pleasant notes that linger invitingly on the tongue.
