The leaves are harvested at peak potency in early summer, just before flowering when essential oils reach their highest concentration, then naturally air-dried to preserve their vibrant aromatics.

The small, deep green leaves display the wild, handcrafted character of traditional Mediterranean herbs. When steeped, they create a luminous amber liquor with the warm glow of burnished honey.
