High Mountain tea is a clean, floral cup, reminiscent of a cool spring morning when all the birds are out.
Our High Mountain green tea is of the Camellia Sinensis cultivar, which has been handpicked from the season's first flush at an altitude of 400m in Yellow Mountain, Anhui, China. The dry leaves are a beautiful sage color, which when steeped, create a light, wheat-colored tea.
The taste of our High Mountain tea is particularly fresh and cool. The brew offers grassy and floral notes, alongside crisp green vegetables and a hint of sweetness. This tea is a great choice for drinkers who prefer a light green tea with minimal umami.
High Mountain tea is ideal for calming the mind and improving focus. It makes a great accompaniment to meditative practices and tranquil moments.
