Our Jasmine Green Tea is crafted from young buds and tender leaves of Camellia Sinensis, grown at an altitude of 600m in Yellow Mountain, Anhui, China. The green tea base is carefully scented with fresh jasmine blossoms using traditional methods. When processed, the leaves maintain their vibrant green color with delicate white tips. When steeped, this tea produces a pale, golden-green liquor.
The brew releases an intoxicating floral bouquet dominated by sweet jasmine blooms. We taste honeyed flowers accompanied by a clean, grassy undertone characteristic of fine green tea. The tea opens with bright floral notes on the palate, then develops into a smooth, creamy mouthfeel before finishing with a gentle, perfumed sweetness that lingers softly.
